fantastic alternative to aerogarden! this works just like an aerogarden and provides the same cool features as the name brand. This unit is well built and includes the LED lighting as well as the water pump!

Let's grow!
This is so cool! I always have trouble getting plants started when it's too hot outside. This gives a great alternative to help me get seedlings started before transplanting them. It works great, but initially I had trouble powering it on - I tried to turn it on before I added the water. Once the water was added and I reset it everything worked fine!

Hydroponic growing
I really like the Nanafrog Hydroponics Growing System. The 10 pods fit perfectly, and I love that the LED light can be adjusted to the height of the plants as they grow. I just put my seeds in the pods, and I'm already excited to see how beautiful they will grow, especially during the winter months. What I really love is how easy it is to use. I don't have to worry about whether my plants are getting enough light or water because the system takes care of it for me. It makes growing herbs simple and convenient, and I love the idea of having fresh herbs right at my fingertips whenever I need them.

Great so far
Can't speak anything long term but my initial impressions are great. I did some testing regarding the light, the automatic water system, etc and it seems to work great. Also, after about a week using it, I'm very pleased with the job. Meaning, it's doing everything by itself.
